Personal Hotspot Requirements

In order to use Personal Hotspot on an iPhone, you need:

• An IPHONE 4 or newer
• iOS 4.3 or higher
• A data plan that supports tethering/Personal Hotspot
• A USB cable, if you want to connect devices that way.

STEPS:-

1.Click on settings There you may not find any personal hotspot option to activate or deactivate between mobile data and carrier.
2.Click on mobile data There you can see personal hotspot option but it might be currently inactive.
3.Turn mobile data off and on and see if there is any change,.if not follow step 4.
4.Turn off mobile data and click on mobile data options.
5.Click on mobile data network and scroll down to personal hotspot option.
6.Fill out the three details ie,APN,Username and password
7.APN can be anything then type your username and password.
8.Go back ,again go back but you will see no change so turn on mobile data.
9.Go back and you can see the personal hotspot option now.
10.You can activate and deactivate the hotspot and also can setup wifi password in case you use wifi otherwise mobile data will do.
